By downloading, installing, or using Bluetooth Streamer Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Bluetooth Streamer Pro is a mobile application that enables audio streaming over Bluetooth Hands-Free Protocol (HFP) to devices that do not support A2DP audio streaming, such as older vehicle Bluetooth systems and certain hearing aids.

3. Free Trial and Purchase

• The App offers a 7-day free trial period for new users.
• After the trial period, continued use requires a one-time purchase of $2.99 USD (price may vary by region).
• This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges.
• All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.

4. License Grant

Upon purchase, Momentary Lapps LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms of Service.

5. Limitations of Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Distribute, sell, or lease the App to third parties
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

6. Audio Quality Disclaimer

The App utilizes Bluetooth Hands-Free Protocol (HFP), which is designed for voice calls. As a result:

• Audio is transmitted in mono (not stereo)
• Audio quality is optimized for speech, not high-fidelity music
• The App is ideal for podcasts, audiobooks, navigation, and spoken-word content

By using the App, you acknowledge and accept these audio quality limitations.

7. Device Compatibility

The App is designed for Bluetooth devices that support HFP but not A2DP. Compatibility varies by device. We recommend using the free trial to test compatibility with your specific device before purchasing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. MOMENTARY LAPPS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOMENTARY LAPPS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
